Sacramento police are looking for a man who has been allegedly exposing himself to female victims. Investigators say there are three known instances that took place last week on Vallejo Way, Gloria Drive, and Freeport Boulevard.
The white male suspect was seen twice in a parked car allegedly touching himself with his pants down. The same man allegedly pulled up next to a victim and made some inappropriate comments before pulling his pants down and exposing his genitals.
