San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo is proposing a tightening of gun sales in the city. Today he proposed amendments to San Jose's gun safety ordinance that includes video recording purchases, banning home sales, and making firearm retailers display information about suicide and domestic violence. Liccardo also wants to extend the safety ordinance to cover firearm parts that can be made with 3D printers.
