EARLIER: California Attorney General Xavier Becerra has called a news conference for 11:00 a.m. today to release his findings in the officer-involved shooting death of Stephon Clark last March.

There have been protests and arrests since Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced on Saturday that there were no grounds for criminal prosecution of the officers.
