The video of Larry Baer and his wife having a heated argument last Friday went viral after TMZ posted it. The D.A.'s office says they are analyzing the footage to see if criminal charges could be brought against him. Baer's attorney says he did nothing criminal in the video, and doesn't expect charges to be filed. The Giants CEO requested a leave of absence from the organization on Monday. A spokesperson for the Giants said an executive team will manage the day-to-day operations while Baer is on leave.
