There's a Northern California connection to Sunday's deadly plane crash in Ethiopia. Passenger Anne Musyoki worked in Nairobi for San Francisco-based Tech Soup. She was the non-profit's Global Regional Lead for Africa. Mel and Bennett Riffel, two brothers from Redding, were also among those killed. They were on vacation, celebrating the upcoming birth of Mel's daughter with his wife who's due in May.

Ireland and France are the latest to ground all Boeing-737 Max jets after the Ethiopian plane crash. All 157 passengers and crew, including eight Americans, perished in the collision. The 737 Max planes are still flying in the U.S.
