CA's Pelosi Orders Police Protection for Ilhan Omar After Trump's Tweet

President Trump fired back at House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Monday after the California Democrat criticized Trump for posting a video on Twitter showing images from the 9/11 terror attacks alongside comments Congresswoman Ilhan Omar from Minnesota made about civil rights of Muslims in America since those attacks.

Pelosi ordered the U.S. Capitol Police to take extra care with the safety of Omar and noted that the Democratic freshman has been receiving death threats since President Trump's tweet. Pelosi also called the video disrespectful and dangerous and demanded that Trump delete it from his Twitter account.

President Trump fired back at Pelosi with another tweet on Monday. The President wrote that she is being led by Omar and suggesting Pelosi actually answers to Omar.
