Sacramento County Sheriff's Department detectives are asking for help from the public as they try to identify a woman's killer.
On Monday they released a composite sketch of a suspect, though they believe there are multiple suspects in this case.
Deputies responded to a report of shots fired at the complex last Friday night at the Breckenridge Village on Stockton Boulevard. They discovered the 27-year-old woman, but three other shooting victims were also found. Those victims include a 26-year-old man, a 30-year-old man, and a 4-year-old boy. The woman later died at the hospital, while the other three victims were last reported to be in stable condition.
The shootings have been called a targeted act of violence, and all suspects were described as black male adults wearing dark clothing. Witnesses told investigators they saw the suspects leaving in a white colored compact or small SUV.
