Court documents reportedly provide intimate and lurid details of the sexual encounter Sacramento Sheriff's Deputy Shauna Bishop allegedly had with a teenage boy in his own home. Bishop is charged with seducing the 16-year-old son of a fellow deputy after a relationship with the teen's father had come to an end.
Bishop became friends with the boy's mother despite concerns by the father that Bishop's relationship with their son was becoming inappropriate, according to a Sacramento Bee report. The paper says the mother reviewed text messages on her son's phone and came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong.
The friendship between Bishop and the mother apparently reached a point where the two could discuss the boy's possible use of drugs and alcohol, and the two women agreed to have a talk with him at the family home. The conversation lasted well into the night, so Bishop decided to stay the night and sleep in the mother's bed, according to court documents reviewed by the paper. The boy is said to have told members of the Folsom Police investigative team that Bishop made a few visits to his room on that night, and she hugged him during the first visit but didn't stop there.
He reportedly told police that during that first visit "she was kissing me, she was touching my side and I was touching her back and then her legs. Then she moved from touching my side, to my thighs, and began rubbing my penis while she was kissing me." The report states that Bishop stopped and left the room after she thought she heard the mother, but she returned at the boy's request and performed oral sex on him during a second visit, then during a third visit the the pair allegedly had intercourse.
Bishop told the boy that she knew the two would have sex that night, according to the court records referenced in the report. She is also believed to have told him that she would walk around his father's house naked during the time the two were dating in the hope that the teen would walk in and see her.
Investigators said the day after the alleged sexual incidents Bishop called the boy, talked to him for over an hour, and she blamed what happened on her fantasies, which were reportedly fueled by viewing pornographic videos with a step mother/step son theme.
The boy told his sister about what happened approximately two weeks later, according to the paper, and the sister told the mother.
The boy doesn't want anything to happen to Bishop and worries that the criminal charges will unnecessarily hurt her two daughters, investigators reportedly said. He just wants the entire situation to go away.
