Authorities in Sacramento are releasing surveillance video of a person of interest who may be responsible for a downtown arson fire on July 4th. The 7 a.m. dumpster fire spread to a nearby structure on Eighth Street in Rice Alley. Investigators want to question the man seen in the video around the time the fire started. The Sacramento Fire Department is urging anyone who may recognize the suspect or his vehicle to contact the arson tip line at 916-808-8732.
