Sacramento County is now encouraging residents to use their 3-1-1 system to report businesses who violate COVID-19 health guidelines. County spokeswoman Janna Haynes spoke with iHeartMedia about what that process will look like. Along with businesses, she confirmed you can go about reporting your own neighbor or even a family member. Although Haynes did clarify: The county will not take enforcement action against neighbors or family members.
