NBA Season Is Starting Amid Concerns Over COVID

NBA training camps open this week and teams will not have the bubble created in Orlando to protect them from the coronavirus. San Antonio Spurs Head Coach Gregg Popovich says they're stressing with their players the importance of being disciplined and staying home.

On-court practices will be limited to individual workouts and only for those players who have gotten three negative coronavirus test results. Normal practice will begin this weekend. The rules are so strict that teams were told they could not host a team dinner before their training camp started this week. Those will not be allowed until at least mid-December. The regular season starts on December 22nd and it's still unclear if fans will be in the stands.
