Two people are injured after their car plunged off a cliff in Placer County. Police say the car fell one-thousand feet. The female passenger was ejected from the car and walked up to the road to get help. The male driver was later found by fire crews. He suffered major injuries and the woman had moderate injuries. The CHP is investigating the cause.
