Sacramento Catholic Schools Are Providing COVID-19 Testing

Sacramento Catholic schools are providing COVID-19 antigen tests to students and employees. The Diocese of Sacramento Catholic Schools is conducting the tests as the holiday break comes to an end and students are back in school. Testing begins today at Jesuit High School and will happen again next Monday.

The testing program is conducted in partnership with Jesuit High School, testing vendor Urgent Care Now, and Sacramento County. In a December letter to parents announcing the program, Lincoln Snyder, Superintendent and Executive Director of Schools, wrote, "Testing reduces the risk of on-campus transmission and helps us in our work with county health officers."
