President Trump's phone call with Georgia's Secretary of State could land him in hot water. Democrats like Texas Congressman Joaquin Castro want him prosecuted for election fraud.
Audio recordings of the call show Trump pleading to alter the vote total in Georgia. Eric Holder, who was the attorney general under former President Obama, suggested on Twitter that Trump might be in violation of the laws that concern election fraud. The possibility of criminal investigation, though, will have to wait until after Joe Biden is inaugurated.
