Hundreds of new crimes have been committed by those who were released on the $0 bail rule in Yolo County.
The Yolo County District Attorney's Office says that since April, 427 people have been arrested and released on $0 bail a total of 524 times. As a result, those who were previously released on the $0 bail rule have committed more than 526 new crimes.
