Airbnb is now requiring travelers to justify bookings within California during stay-at-home orders.
Before a guest can book, they have to fill out a form on the Airbnb website attesting that the visit is allowed under local guidelines. Last week, Airbnb suspended new reservations in the Lake Tahoe area for at least five days. So far, VRBO is not making similar moves.
