Governor Gavin Newsom is adding his support for removing President Donald Trump from office.
While the Democratic governor shared he's "all for it," he explained that it isn't his main focus right now. Newsom says he's concentrated on the efforts to vaccinate California's nearly 40 million residents against COVID-19. The California Assembly has also passed a resolution calling for Trump's resignation or removal. Tomorrow, the House will begin debate on an impeachment resolution charging Trump with "incitement of insurrection."
