State health officials are pushing for marginalized groups to have better access to COVID vaccines.
They say the move is critical to defeating the coronavirus pandemic. California's COVID-19 Vaccination Plan includes a communication plan to target Black communities. Part of the plan includes teaming up with faith-based organizations to spread information and ensure these groups have access to vaccination.
