Police have arrested a person who is accused of repeatedly shoplifting from a Target store in Davis.
Investigators say 20-year-old Davis resident Joshua Pofek was seen nearly 20 times taking items, hiding them, then walking out without paying. Police report more than $1,000 worth of merchandise was stolen by Pofek. He was booked into Yolo County Jail.
