A Sacramento start-up is partnering with big names in the NFL and NBA to help increase diversity in the workplace.
Recruiting firm Humanly is aimed toward tech and healthcare companies. Its goal is to use artificial intelligence to help firms hire efficiently and equitably. Arik Armstead of the San Francisco 49ers is an adviser and shareholder for Humanly and hopes the company can help remove bias when hiring candidates. Richaun Holmes of the Sacramento Kings is also an adviser and investor in the company.
