President Trump is pardoning 73 people and commuting the sentences of 70 others before leaving the White House.
The list includes rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black, both prosecuted for weapons charges. Not making the list was Joseph Maldonado-Passage, better known as Joe Exotic from "Tiger King," who's serving 22 years in a murder-for-hire plot against rival and animal rights activist Carole Baskin. Exotic had requested a pardon from Trump, and even had a limo waiting outside his prison in Fort Worth.
