House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says the prior Trump administration had no real plan to deal with the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
Pelosi said she is heartened by what the new Biden administration is doing to tackle the crisis. She is also optimistic about passage of an aggressive new coronavirus stimulus package.
