Yolo County's public health department is saying it doesn't have enough COVID vaccine doses to vaccinate its residents.
County Public Health Officer Dr. Aimee Sisson says they're only getting about 1,000 vaccines per week. Sisson adds the county is still in Phase 1A, making sure health care workers and those in long-term care facilities are getting their shots. She estimates that another couple thousand people need to be vaccinated in that phase before moving to those 65 and older.
