President Biden is preparing to sign executive orders today to increase health care coverage during the pandemic.
One executive order will temporarily reopen health insurance exchanges in the Affordable Care Act to help Americans who lost their coverage recently. Biden will also rescind a policy that bans the use of U.S. funding for foreign organizations that provide abortions.
And, he's expected to order a review of a recent change to the Title 10 family planning program, which requires family planners stop promoting abortion to remain eligible for funding.
