An investigation is underway after four inmates at Sacramento County Main Jail suffered from apparent overdoses.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department reports four inmates at the jail suffered from unknown medical emergencies yesterday. Medical personnel, who believed the emergencies were overdoses, administered Narcan to the inmates to counter the effects. All four inmates soon became responsive and were taken to a hospital in stable condition.
