California Set To Receive 5% Boost In COVID Vaccine Supply Next Week

California continues in its fight to bring an end to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As hospital systems and public health clinics expand access to the COVID-19 vaccine, the state is slated to receive a roughly five-percent boost in supply over this week's total. That's an increase of nearly 30,000 Moderna doses, making it about 594,000. The federal government only gave California 486,000 doses each of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine in the previous two weeks.
