Sacramento County health officials are urging people to still get tested for COVID-19, despite the vaccine rollout. County spokesperson Janna Haynes says only a third of all COVID-19 tests are being administered. She explains with so many tests available, people should get in the habit of getting tested regularly to make sure they're not passing the virus to others.
