The head of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics committee is stepping down after making sexist comments earlier this month.
Yoshiro Mori, the 83-year-old former Japanese Prime Minister, initially resisted calls to resign after saying board meetings with lots of women would take too long without time limits on speaking. Now, Japanese media reports he's resigning after all. The games, delayed last year because of the pandemic, are set to open this July.
