Several cars and at least one person were shot during a party in North Highlands over the weekend.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department says dozens of bullet casings were found littered across the scene, but witnesses aren't giving up any details. The only person confirmed to be shot was able to drive themself to the hospital, but has not yet been identified.
