Sacramento State will be hosting a drive-through graduation service this Spring.
With a pun, Sac State president Robert S. Nelson is apologizing to students for not being able to accommodate in-person celebrations, but says the school will make the most of a CARmencement ceremony. Nelson adds that both his heart and that of his students are broken that they won't be able to meet at the Golden One Center in Downtown Sacramento, the school's original location for the graduation. The $48 fee students paid to cover the ceremony is being refunded.
