A man previously convicted of DUI is behind bars again on suspicion of killing two West Sacramento residents in a DUI crash.
The Elk Grove resident was arrested for the February 15th crash on Tuesday. He's charged with two counts of murder and two counts of DUI, causing injury. The late-night collision killed a husband and wife, whose two children were also with them in the car, but escaped with minor injuries. Authorities say the family was driving home after a birthday celebration.
