Four people are under arrest in connection to a string of thefts at Targets across the San Joaquin Valley.
Manteca Police say on February 18th, two women reportedly stole $4,300 worth of over-the-counter medication from Modesto's Target on Sisk Road, before heading to Manteca. Little did they know, a loss prevention associate at Manteca's Target recognized them from last month, when $1,400 worth of baby formula was taken. The two women, and the two men found waiting in the getaway car are being held in Sacramento on suspicion of organized retail theft, grand theft and possession of stolen property.
