The Twin Rivers School District in Sacramento is announcing a date for all its students to return to campus.
On April 6th, all 25,000 students across the district are invited to resume in-person education. This marks a change from the district's original plans to only invite students in sixth grade or lower to campus. The announcement came yesterday, one day after Sacramento County moved into the red tier of the state's Blueprint for a Safer Economy. So far, about half of Twin Rivers families are electing to keep their students home, continuing distance learning.
