President Biden is expected to announce new, relaxed CDC guidelines for wearing masks outdoors today.
Sources say the guidance will include different recommendations for people fully vaccinated and those who aren't yet protected. Biden also is expected to sign an executive order to raise the minimum wage to $15/hour for federal contractors and tipped employees working on government contracts.
