New data shows more new homes are being built in the Central Valley and foothills as coastal Californians move inland.
According to economists and housing analysts, despite the boom in home construction across the state California is reportedly stil l dealing with a housing crisis due t escalating real estate costs. 103,000 housing units were built in 2020, an 8% improvement from the year prior according to the state Department of Finance.
