Police say there are "multiple deaths and multiple injuries" following a shooting in downtown San Jose. California
Russell Davis with the Santa Clara County sheriff's office confirmed the shooter is dead. According to CNN, at officials' last briefing last hour, Russell Davis from the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department said there are "multiple fatalities" and "multiple injuries" following the shooting at the VTA light rail yard. He did not say exactly how many people were dead or injured.
The shooting took place at a city transportation light rail yard. Davis said many of the victims are city transportation employees. Family of the employees are gathered at the scene.
