Another Recall Election Debate Is Scheduled, Here's Who Will Be Present

A second Governor Recall debate has been scheduled and the most prominent candidates have been invited, but not all of those invited will be in attendance. Inside California Politics will be hosting the debate along with several local news stations, but KTLA anchor Frank Buckley and KTXL anchor Nikki Laurenzo will be moderating the debate. The debate is confirmed for Thursday August 19th at 7-8pm in San Francisco. The candidates who have confirmed they will be a part of the debate are businessman John Cox, former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer, and Rocklin Assemblyman Kevin Kiley. Talk show host Larry Elder has declined the invitation. Caitlyn Jenner took to Twitter to decline the invitation saying she will only attend a debate where Governor Gavin Newsom is present. Jenner calls him the only candidate she is running against. This will be the second debate for Kiley and Faulconer who both attended the last recall debate hosted by Fox 11.
