Republican recall candidate Doug Ose has dropped out of the race for governor. In a news release, Ose said he suffered a heart attack on Sunday evening and must now focus his attention on rehabilitation and healing. The former Sacramento-area Congressman declared his campaign for governor is over. Ose is not expected to appear in tonight's Republican debate in Sacramento. He faced a crowded field of well financed candidates who are much better-known to California voters.
