Hundreds of law enforcement officers from across California will join family and friends to remember Galt police officer Harminder Grewal who died in a crash while responding to the Caldor Fire in El Dorado County. The memorial service is happening at the Bayside Church Adventure Campus in Roseville with a processionto follow. KCRA 3 is responsible for the live stream of the service.
