Sacramento has set up a "safe parking area" for vehicles along Front Street.
It has space for about 25 to 30-vehicles, and the City of Sacramento's Gregg Fishman says it's not a drop-in site, explaining people there are assigned spaces where they can temporarily park, stay and sleep.
