South Lake Tahoe Police: "Stop Calling About Hank"

Police in South Lake Tahoe are asking people to stop calling about a bear that went viral last week. The South Lake Tahoe Police Department says dispatchers are being overwhelmed with calls about Hank the Tank, a 500-pound black bear that was recorded breaking into a home. The department said callers from around the world are giving their opinions about Hank, and noted they do not have a say in what happens to the bear when and if he's finally tracked down. Hank the Tank has reportedly broken into dozens of homes.
