A reward of up to $10,000 from Sacramento Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives now being offered for information that leads to the apprehension of Mtula Tashamby Payton. He is the third suspect in the K-Street gang related shooting of April 3rd. Sacramento Police say Payton should be considered armed and dangerous and to not contact him.
