The man who built Fox News into a ratings powerhouse is dead. Roger Ailes passed away this morning at the age of 77. The Palm Beach County medical examiner said his death was a result of complications from a fall at his Florida home last week.
His death comes less than a year after being forced out as CEO of Fox News amid sexual harassment allegations.
Ailes also served as a media consultant for Republican presidents Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush. He also served as an adviser to President Trump's campaign last year.
Kitty spoke with long-time KFBK talk host Tom Sullivan about Ailes, who hired Sullivan to work for Fox News Radio.
