Kiss frontman Gene Simmons wants to trademark his 'devil horns' hand gesture. The "Hollywood Reporter" says Simmons filed his patent application last Friday. The rock icon says he started using the gesture back in 1974 during Kiss' Hotter Than Hell tour. But, getting a copyright may prove difficult since it's widely believed the hand gesture has been around for thousands of years.
