Local ARTS advocates will be celebrating the National Day of Dance with a kick-off dance celebration on the Capitol steps on July 29th. They plan to have free pop-up dance spots all over our state's capital, Sacramento, throughout the day.
Miss Tee Sandifer said they will end the day with a dance concert to raise funds and awareness for the arts in arts starved communities.
