The 29th Annual Calling Out of Names will take place on Thursday November 16, 9:15 AM to 4:30 PM on the North Steps of the State Capitol.
Each year we pause our busy lives long enough to speak the names of thousands of California children who are waiting in foster care for a family that will love them and let them stay.
