An illegal immigrant accused of killing a San Francisco woman is not guilty of murder. After six days of deliberations, a jury returned the verdict today in the case of Jose Garcia Zarate. A jury found Zarate not guilty on all counts except felony possession of a weapon. Zarate was accused of murdering Kate Steinle in the summer of July 2015.
