Barbera is becoming more and more popular in California. The Barbera Festival, this Saturday, September 15th, is an outdoor wine and food festival focusing on Barbera wines. More than 70 wineries from all over California will be there along with the top area restaurants and chefs.
A portion of the proceeds from the event go to the Amador Community Foundation to be distributed to local charitable causes.
