Peter Petty's Annual Swingin' Yuletide Revue

Swell Productions is pleased to announce the latest dazzling musical production of 2018 SAMMIE Live Performer Award winner, bandleader Peter Petty. It’s his big swinging holiday revue, (now in it’s 4th year)“Son of Hepcat's Holla’Day!: Swingin’ Yuletide Revue.”

Now he is bringing back his scintillating, syncopating big band Christmas present to his beloved home town: “Son of Hepcat's Holla’Day!: Swingin’ Yuletide Revue” is a uniquely entertaining grown-ups only event that is fast becoming an annual Sacramento tradition.

The beautiful historic Elks Tower Ballroom in downtown Sacramento is the site of this year’s musical fete on Saturday, December 15 that 8:00PM. Tickets are $25 available through Eventbrite.com and $35 day of show. A special VIP package ($40) offers reserved seating, an autographed CD and the collectable color poster designed by Chris Wilkinson.

This live “Christmas Special with a dance floor, “Son of Hepcat's Holla’Day” is a rare opportunity to bring back the sophistication of a bygone era while in festive cocktail attire. Full bars, comfortable table seating and a large dance floor offer the nostalgia of Christmas past, with the good- natured irreverence of Christmas present. Peter’s award-winning showmanship, 3 2/3 octave vocal range, and swinging 11-piece Titans of Terpsichore! orchestra, plus favorite musical luminaries make this event a one of a kind holiday variety show!

The program will feature Joy & Madness’ frontman Hans Eberbach, Gold Souls frontwoman Juniper Waller, the remarkable sonic artist April “Spacewalker” Walker, jazz vocalist Casey Lipka, the legendary saw player from the One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest soundtrack Robert Armstrong, and Burlesque artists Monet Ha’Sidi, Penny Weiss and Johnny Come Lately.

It’s been a good year for Sacramento bandleader and singer Peter Petty. He won a SAMMIE Award, headlined at the Downtown Sacramento Partnership’s Concerts in the Park, entertained at multiple Mondavi Center events, plus shows at both the Crocker Art Museum and the Harris Center in Folsom. Peter Petty's "Son of Hepcat's Holla’Day!: Swingin Yuletide Revue!" is his 2018 gift to his hometown. Happy Holidays, everybody!
