Friday Food: Easter Brunch at the Firehouse Restaurant

– Known for its memorable fine dining experiences on special occasions and every day, The Firehouse is offering a fresh and fabulous three-course brunch menu on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019.
A few of the culinary specials include flavorful Smoked Carpaccio Bruschetta with fried capers, asiago cheese and arugula; signature Warm Dungeness Crab Benedict; Roasted Beeler’s Pork Loin with buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy and bacon-spinach slaw; Prime New York Strip Steak with green chili white beans, chipotle scramble and charred tomato salsa; Roasted Skuna Bay Salmon with spring mushroom risotto, local asparagus and citrus chive butter; and a choice of delectable house-made desserts including a Three-Layer Chocolate Cake and Orange Layer Cake. Plus, a special “young patrons” menu is also available with options such as sure-to-please Bacon and Ranch Egg Scramble, Young Patron Filet of Beef, Strawberry Dutch Baby and more, along with Chocolate Cake & Ice Cream for dessert. As always, vegetarian options are available on both the adult and children’s menus. 
The special Easter Brunch menus were created by Director of Culinary Operations Jay C. Veregge along with a talented team of sous chefs.
Seating is limited on Easter Sunday and advance reservations are required. The Firehouse is open 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for brunch with three-course fixed price menu options for $54.95 for adults, $24.95 for kids 5 to 12 years of age. Seating will be held in the picturesque outdoor Courtyard, weather-permitting. Convenient valet parking is available for $5.
